Cretan Nectar Petimezi (Grape Molasses)

Petimezi (Grape Molasses), known from ancient Greece, is created when grape must is lightly "cooked" and represents a natural sweetener, without added sugar, that is widely used in traditional Greek cuisine in pastries, sweets and cooking.
